In 1972 Dr. Hermann Diehl laid the basis for the Munich patent attorneys Diehl & Partner with a mainly domestic client base. Since then our office has expanded and enjoys continuous growth.

After having been organized for 48 years as a civil law partnership (GbR), the legal form has been changed in 2020 to a partnership company with limited professional liability.
